leucoderma treatment

Sir, i have been suffering from leucoderma for last five years. I checked up from doctor last one year. since then i am using medicine regulary till the date. yet the white patch is not disappearing (remove. plz help me for it. what ayruvedic medicine i can use for better result. this white patch is on my penis's glans. i used also lucko sikn drops regularly. but not good result comes.

I am only 18 years old. I am losing my hair for last 1year. I have already a big bald spot on my head. What should i do? Will yoga help me to stop hair fall? Because of hair fall I am losing my confidence. Plz plz plz help me..

Yoga Cure for Receding Gums

Receding gums is a common problem amongst adults as well as teenagers and young adults. When the gums recede, the roots of the teeth become exposed and cause hypersensitivity to touch, temperature, and to sweet, salty and sour substances.

It is important to brush your teeth regularly and in a gentle circular fashion. Do not scrub them like a dirty pan! Flossing 3-5 times a week is sufficient. One of the best antimicrobial herbs used to cleanse and purify the mouth is neem. I recommend my clients to brush with a neem bark tooth powder, which also contains cloves and cinnamon, as well as to use a neem bark mouthwash.

-Tea tree oil has been tagged as one of the more potent ointments to combat bacterial growth in the mouth or anywhere on the body. It’s good to note that it is a popular therapy for oral hygiene. Using just a few drops of tea tree oil on the tip of the fingers, or on a Q-tip or even a soft toothbrush and rubbing it on the infected area, it helps clean the bacteria away.


-Baking soda can replace your standard toothpaste. This ingredient also aids in teeth whitening and keeping the enamel shiny.


-Vitamin C is a popular natural cure for receding gums, fighting anaerobic bacteria in the teeth and promoting a boost in the immune system.

Recent scientific research has also shown that stress contributes to the accumulation of plaque on teeth and gums, which can often result in gum disease. Stress levels can be relieved by:

  • Physical exercise, such as jogging, swimming, yoga, walking or any other fitness program you may be interested in.
  • Meditation and specialised breathing techniques.
  • Watching a movie or show that makes you laugh out loud.
  • Hanging out with your pet.
  • Writing down in a diary all that is bothering you.
  • Soothing your senses by getting back to nature.
  • Learning to prioritise and no say no when you need or want to.
  • Listening to your favorite music.
To prevent receding gums you may also like to consider:
  • Replacing your old toothbrush with an oscillating rotating toothbrush.
  • Brushing and flossing your teeth as often as possible.
  • Avoiding strongly acidic foods such as juices, soft drinks and citrus fruits that may cause aggravation to sensitive teeth and cause damage to the gums over time.
  • Having your dentist correct old fillings and crowns that don’t meet properly.
  • Switching to toothpaste that caters to sensitive teeth

I have keloids turned form acne on both my shoulders

Hello There, Pls let me know some secrets or tips,etc. with which keloids can be cured. I have keloids turned form acne on both my shoulders and some part of back. I am 28yrs old female and this is since 6 yrs...Not all came at once. they are painful sometimes. Pls guide.  Thanks, Shweta

Que:  hi i have read somewhere that anulom vilom is done in 1:4:2 format...what does that mean? Ans: 1:4:2 means time ratio of Inhalation (Purak), Withholding( Kumbhak), Exhalation (Rechak)

Involved in cannabis and Masturbation, Any Solution ?

My problem is that I got involved into cannabis or grass and I used to masterbate after that and drink tea which created heavy dryness in body and head.I am 30 years old and I have never fucked a women.Apart from that I had to put pressure while peeing and it takes 5 minutes to pee normally and too there is weakness in my penis nerves as they dont get erected, its only cough and dryness what should I do and which medicine should I go for.I feel my life is ruined because I can't concentrate on anything, I get tired easily, i dont get hungry, dont feel like drinking, no stamina, I just stay on bed...help me out please.
and can I do pranayama while lying on bed.

Kundalini Shakti a way to unite your self with almighty The serpent power lying beneath the lowermost portion of spinal cord and situated between the anus and testis of male lying dormant in the three and half coil of snake cobra situated at the mooldhar chakra and can be awakened through pracitising pranayam and I was successful in my endeavour to awake it to certain extent and rose it to the anahat chakra. but the experience was horrific and frightful as my whole body was tremouring and tremendous warmth was experinced in the area from mooladhar through manipur up to anahat chakra but i didnt experienced any lotuses but only the awakening energy gushing out through sushamana nadi.
I was frightened as the enegy became uncontrobale and I could not channelise it. I could nt slept for the entireo night.This divine energy is tremendous but after 18 hours I have left the pranayama as I am not in a position to control this unleashed divine enegy and waiting for true guru who can assist me in my endeavour to reach it up to sahastrath chakara.i want to caution you never practise kundalini awakening without the assistance of qualified yogi notwithstanding thid hiden and dormant energy would enable to reach you to the higher level of Consciousness.I` firmly believe that there is third eye when ones agya chakra get acivated and sahastrath chakara leads to ultimate bliss nothing like this.Recently only Swami Ram Krishan Param hans and Swami Rammana was in the postion to awken their kundalini shakti fully and in the female category only Gargi and Maiitryi awakened their kundalini in ancient India.
