Yoga Cure for Receding Gums
Receding gums is a common problem amongst adults as well as teenagers and young adults. When the gums recede, the roots of the teeth become exposed and cause hypersensitivity to touch, temperature, and to sweet, salty and sour substances.
It is important to brush your teeth regularly and in a gentle circular fashion. Do not scrub them like a dirty pan! Flossing 3-5 times a week is sufficient. One of the best antimicrobial herbs used to cleanse and purify the mouth is neem. My problem is that I got involved into cannabis or grass and I used to masterbate after that and drink tea which created heavy dryness in body and head.I am 30 years old and I have never fucked a women.Apart from that I had to put pressure while peeing and it takes 5 minutes to pee normally and too there is weakness in my penis nerves as they dont get erected, its only cough and dryness what should I do and which medicine should I go for.I feel my life is ruined because I can't concentrate on anything, I get tired easily, i dont get hungry, dont feel like drinking, no stamina, I just stay on bed...help me out please. and can I do pranayama while lying on bed.

Kundalini Shakti a way to unite your self with almighty The serpent power lying beneath the lowermost portion of spinal cord and situated between the anus and testis of male lying dormant in the three and half coil of snake cobra situated at the mooldhar chakra and can be awakened through pracitising pranayam and I was successful in my endeavour to awake it to certain extent and rose it to the anahat chakra. but the experience was horrific and frightful as my whole body was tremouring and tremendous warmth was experinced in the area from mooladhar through manipur up to anahat chakra but i didnt experienced any lotuses but only the awakening energy gushing out through sushamana nadi. I was frightened as the enegy became uncontrobale and I could not channelise it. I could nt slept for the entireo night.This divine energy is tremendous but after 18 hours I have left the pranayama as I am not in a position to control this unleashed divine enegy and waiting for true guru who can assist me in my endeavour to reach it up to sahastrath chakara.i want to caution you never practise kundalini awakening without the assistance of qualified yogi notwithstanding thid hiden and dormant energy would enable to reach you to the higher level of Consciousness.I` firmly believe that there is third eye when ones agya chakra get acivated and sahastrath chakara leads to ultimate bliss nothing like this.Recently only Swami Ram Krishan Param hans and Swami Rammana was in the postion to awken their kundalini shakti fully and in the female category only Gargi and Maiitryi awakened their kundalini in ancient India.
